Last week on Wednesday 14th January 2026, I (Niclas, the founder of ALLMO) had the opportunity to present at the n8n Vienna Community Meetup and share insights on AI Search Optimization and my automation journey while building ALLMO.ai

Here's what I walked through:

• My evolution with n8n and how it's become central to our workflow automation

• A concrete example: transforming our onboarding process by building an n8n Forms workflow for prompt monitoring dataset generation. Reducing manual work from 5+ hours to just minutes

• How I'm leveraging n8n at ALLMO.ai to optimize AI visibility and search performance.

The turnout was fantastic. 50+ people filled the room at Das Packhaus. What made the evening special were the thoughtful questions and conversations with the community afterward.

The questions around ALLMO, AI search, and optimization strategies revealed both strong interest and a clear need for education in this space. Many companies want to improve their AI visibility but don't yet know where to start. This confirmed again we're on the right track.- There's real demand for the work we're doing, and we're committed to continuing to help people navigate this emerging landscape.
